• Dr. Noel J. de Souza

    He was educated at the Bombay University (Ph.D., Organic Chemistry) with postdoctoral associateships at Drexel Institute of Technology, Philadelphia, U.S.A. and the University of Liverpool, England. He is also an alumnus of the International Management Institute, Geneva, Switzerland. His areas of specialization are pharmaceutical research and development, and intellectual property, with research, teaching and consulting interest in drug discovery and development, effective management of research centres, novel bioactive natural products and synthetic molecules in a variety of therapeutic areas, and patent productivity.

    Dr. de Souza currently operates as a Consultant in Pharmaceutical R&D, Innovation and Intellectual Property. Dr. de Souza has authored around 100 publications in reputed international scientific journals and has delivered lectures in several national / international forums. He is named as inventor on about 200 patents. He guided the discovery and destiny of several drug molecules, some of which have been successfully launched in the market, and others have attracted high international interest and acclamation for their unique mechanism of drug action, in particular the molecules named FORSKOLIN and ALVOCIDIB.

  • Mr. Hansel D’Souza

    He heads a brand consultancy and has helped build over 30 brands. He is a visiting Professor of Management Studies at numerous prestigious institutions in India and abroad. Mr D’Souza is also a Corporate Coach and has travelled widely around the world conducting seminars and workshops on Marketing and Soft Skills.

    Apart from his professional commitments, Mr D’Souza has spearheaded many environmental and civic causes as a social activist in Mumbai.

  • Mr. Charles de Souza

    He has a wholesome experience in designing and developing computer based library applications for medium sized libraries which have been implemented in several schools and private companies in Mumbai.

    He has also functioned as a Librarian at some of the most prestigious organizations in Mumbai like Citicorp Overseas Software Limited, Bombay Gymkhana Library, The Daily Newspaper, Shirish Patel & Associates, Science Today Magazine, etc. He is also a passionate writer and has written many science articles for children.

    Mr. Desai is a technocrat and an entrepreneur with major achievements in the field of Oil and Gas for the last 20 Years. He is leading an organisation with over 150 work force. His academic excellence in the past and thirst for developing innovative methods in education has amalgamated at “Parisar Aasha”.

    Mr. Pranab Mitra has spent more than 36 years in Accounts and the Legal field. He is the Past President of Lions Club. Mr. Mitra believes the core philosophy, rests on four tenets. Board accountability to the stake holders, Equitable treatment of all stakeholders, Strategic guidance and effective monitoring by the Board, Transparency and Timely disclosure.

  • Mrs. Sandra Shroff, Member

    Mrs Sandra Shroff is the Ex-Vice President of UPL Limited, one of the fastest growing Agrochemical Companies in India today. The Company was set up in 1969 in Vapi, Gujarat. Today it has10 Plants spread over India, UK, Holland, France, Argentina, Vietnam, Japan and Australia.

    She is also a Director in Enviro Technology Limited & Bharuch Enviro Infrastructure Limited and Industrial Waste Management Companies. Along with the growth of her Company, Mrs Shroff has been closely associated with Chemexcil, ICMA (now known as ICC) and has been instrumental in solving the problems faced by the Chemical Industry throughout India. She is also associated with FICCI, Assochem and is the President of Burns Association of India.
